Health & Wellness 360 A Six -Session Coaching Partnership - Six Coaching Sessions up to 60 Minutes Each You may already be functioning well in many areas of your life, yet sense there is an opportunity for greater alignment, fulfillment, energy, or well-being. The Health & Wellness 360 Coaching Experience provides dedicated space to explore what wellness means to you and how you want to experience it in your life. As an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Melanie partners with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires self-discovery, awareness, and meaningful action. This coaching experience recognizes that each client is unique and capable of identifying the choices and pathways that best support their goals. A Whole-Person Perspective Health and wellness are influenced by many interconnected aspects of life. Throughout this coaching partnership, clients may choose to explore topics such as: * Physical well-being * Nutrition and nourishment * Movement and activity * Stress management * Work-life balance * Personal values * Energy and vitality * Self-care practices * Mindset and personal growth The agenda for each session is determined by the client and guided by what feels most relevant and meaningful in the moment.
